I'm going to be getting a PS4, but if my PS3 broke right now, I'd replace it (and cry a lot because it's one of the original 60 gig fat boys).

I have many PS3 games, a lot of which I've not even played.
There are a ton of PS3 games out there, older ones that are marked down, and you always see the best games of a generation at its end.
The PS4 doesn't play PS3 games.
The PS4's launch titles don't interest me at all, even the ones that have been pushed back to early 2014.

I'll get a PS4 fall of 2014 when Dragon Age: Inquisition is released.
