While on a business trip to Montreal last week, I ate at the Sheraton Laval, 'cause I didn't feel like finding a restaurant at 8PM in -20C, snowy weather. So I'm looking at the menu and grilled chicken is $26, Rib eye is $37 and a 7oz filet was $31. No brainer as far as I was concerned... My last hotel steak was an over-cooked t-bone and wasn't wort the good wine that I got with it. So this time, I got a nice red ale while I waited for dinner to arrive. Well I was shocked with a 4-5 Star display of culinary expertise that melted in the mouth. The bar tender asked if I wanted another beer and I said no way, this was far too good for beer. So I picked THIS and the bartender said "Oh, the nice one!" and it was.
