Indonesian pop singer, Irma Bule, who uses snakes in her performances, died shortly after being bitten by a King Cobra she accidentally stepped on while dancing.

She refused all treatment, even an on-the-spot antidote, because she wanted the show to go on. She tried, but collapsed and died in the hospital less than an hour later. She was 29.
