@newf Same info as above. If email would have been stated as the best way to communicate I would have done that.

@Ian thanks for the update. I did receive a shipping notification today, which was a pleasant surprise. I know you are all crazy busy working on designing and producing the actual products you sell. Just an idea, but maybe assign an employee or active/knowledgeable community member to monitor threads, answer basic questions, and post updates to the Kickstarter? They can contact the appropriate people to get answers to community members questions, and act as a buffer so that you all have the time to do what you are best at.
