This is a canned software package that may have limited flexibility for changes, unless you want to deeply customize the code...which opens other areas that need to be addressed...

Having been in enterprise IT management for over 3 decades in global companies, one thing is certain - making changes to applications is never popular. Some need to be made for functionality reasons, some for compliance, some for stability and support. I have never made changes without communicating to the users - regardless of the type of change. This would include what we found in rigorous testing to set the expectation for the user experience.

However, this is a free service run by a small company we all love...so we accept the changes
