Thanks cheeseroo. Excellent review. You have answered all of the specific questions that I have wondered about, never having experienced anything of similar design. Not that there really is anything out there that could be considered similar...at least that I am aware of. I never doubted Ian's description of the characteristics I could expect, but hearing it from you has confirmed my decision to purchase a set of LFR 1100s to be a good one. I have been using M80s, Qs8s,and Qs2s with the balance of the setup being non-Axiom. The Axioms shine. Eventually all will be Axiom, I only wish I had discovered the product before I had such a mish-mash of speakers. My M80s are...or were sitting in the office at the factory (you may have seen them) as I am trading them and haven,t quite got the balance scraped together, but soon. Again, thank you for your descriptive and informative review.
