The Diamond Series by Wharfedale have always been one of my favorite budget speakers....hard to beat at their price point.

In October they are releasing the 9 series and it appears they have raised the bar. Curved cabinets like their Evo series and a few models added the new midrange that the Opus series use. I wonder how these will be priced? Surely they would have to be cheaper than their Evo series.....but I really wonder if they will try to stay near the price of the 8 series. Time will tell.
