mounting surrounds on ceiling

Sorry if this has been discussed before. I searched and didn't see anything.
Has anyone tried mounting a qs-4 or qs-8 to the ceiling, with what would normally be the back up against it, with the woofers firing forward/backward or left/right, instead of up/down? This option would give me the best placement relative to the listening position. The alternative would be to have the surrounds several feet behind the listening position, with the couch essentially half way between the fronts and surrounds.

Here is a recent response by Alan:
...yes, you can ceiling-mount QS8s with a custom bracket. One of our visitors posted pictures of such an installation.
However, I could not find the pictures he was talking baout. Anybody?

Take a look at this link
john hendersons basement setup....note the QSx on the high walls on the sides near ceiling (the lower right hand picture)
If you want more advice, type 'ceiling' into the axiom search engine. You should find tons.
