Hay - I missed your point there - You meant if someone wanted to buy a ticket VIA PayPal, does he need a PayPal account ? I think so, but don't know for sure.

Actually, I don't think you need a PayPal account to "send" money. In those instances, you can only send money using PayPal via credit card.
Is the first come, first serve raffle "officially" open now?
