Hi All,

Just popping in to say how much I've enjoyed these speakers. The sound has seemed to improve with time??

It's funny that there are times that I forget that I even own them<in a home theater setup>. But when I decide to crank up some music or put on a sound intensive dvd I can't help but smile.

I'm still working on buying some more axioms but this is my system to date:

Denon 2805-I love the sound of this reciever with the Axioms

Zenith xvb442- Combo vcr/dvd..this thing will play any dvd -+r/rw Have the vrc hooked into my computer and am converting old s-vhs tapes to dvd

Computer-Self built Abit nf7-s, win xp w/Haupauge 250 being used by BTV ie dvr. Video out to small monitor and TV via Denon. All sound out via optical to Denon IE mp3's sound great. Games are amazing!!

PS2-Audio and vid thru Denon

Axiom M50ti's
JM Labs Tantal Center
MK MX-100 sub- This was a gift weighs a ton and my neighbors don't like it
JBL bookshelfs for surround-This is my next Axiom purchase.

Firefly -RF remote controls every thing thru my PC using girder USBUIRT and Myblaster. This is more of a project that I don't recommend to anyone unless your a geek like me.

I'm about ready to pull the trigger on a new HDTV then get some QS8's.

BE good all
Leaf

nice setup you have there, but if i were you i'd buy a vp100 or vp150 before the qs-8's, that way you have a seemless soundstage upfront, just my opinion...

They do improve with time, but only because you generally stop over-analyzing their sound and start soaking up the music on a much more basic and enjoyable level.

I'd do the QS8 first...the surround should be a more noticable difference, IMHO.

Hi,

I don't think darren is familair with JM labs. Very small French manufacturer. This center is an out of production bit but of very high quality. Matches perfectly to the M50's. Funny I thought someone would point at the old Sub afore they picked on the center. Oh and I just had a windfall of 500 bucks hmm pay off a credit card or get some speakers hehehe.

Any sub that your neighbors don't like deserves some respect from us.
