Just wanted to drop in a message and let Axiom know that it would be easier and more user friendly while at the same time better looking to use a forum script such as vBulletin.

Just thought I'd mention it and now I'm back to comparing speakers

I don't feel particularly old or stodgy, but this and this strikes me far more cluttered, unfriendly and incomprehensible than Axiom's setup. This is just personal preference, of course, but I think Axiom has a very clean design.

In your preferences you can change the appearance of the forum to your taste. I currently run "the blues". My personal favorite if phpBB.

I'm with Mike on this; the current forum software here is easy to use and meets my needs just fine. There should be a business reason for the change/expense. I don't see it now.

Tom! You changed your avatar! No! You had the best avatar here (next to Mr. Bear of course)!

Everytime I'd read a post of yours I could just picture you raising your mug of suds.

he still has a mug of suds. And this representation looks much more like him than the previous.

Well, we've seen several different versions of Mr. Bear, too (although I do favor the current, classic Mr. Bear).

I'll probably change back, but I found that South Park site just so amusing I had to give it a try. I made a whole family portrait, actually. My kids were more amused than my wife.

The womenfolk have a completely different sense of humor than dad and the kids...and sometimes they seem to have none at all, unless the rolling of the eyes is their way of expressing their sense of humor. They are different, that's for sure.
