Yup...great lookin' system at that!

(Always glad to see another rig using M50s!!)

All the comments of having an empty shelf is making me feel bad though....

I'd LIKE to have an empty shelf.....make that TWO!!....

....the shelves that my M50s are on

(chalk another one up to "WAF")

do the "ladies only" forums have a "HAF"
I wonder....anyway, great looking system indeed!!
Rich.

Im actually thinking about upgrading the M50's to the M60's and the VP 100 to the 150. Keeping in mind that I dont listen to much music on my system and its mainly for watching movies and such, do you guys thinks this upgrade is worth it? I dont want to upgrade the sub anymore because the 350 is already making my windows rattle and im in a townhouse! haha! Let me know what you guys think. thanks

I think you would be best off just upgrading the 100-> a 150, sense you mostly use your equptment for HT, and sense in movies 70% of the dialog comes from the center channel… also for the other reason the 50’s play to 22hz, and the cross over, for the ep350 is 40, so you don’t have any gaps in your sound stage.. I think going to 60’s will just make the volume go up, witch you say you don’t really need.. I think the only difference between the 50’s and 60’s is a bit more midbass… have you called axiom, to ask them? They are usually honest, and will actually tell you not to upgrade if you don’t really need to.. hope this helps.

Well guys, after watching Revenge of the SIth last night and hearing the EP350 rattle a little bit I decided to upgrade to the EP500. Also decided to upgrade to the VP 150 and the QS8's. Will post new pics with the upgraded system when it gets here on Monday.

Are you sure it was the subwoofer rattling and not the subwoofer causing something else in the room to rattle?

In any case, I can see you've caught the upgrade disease bad. Go with the M80s and just be done with it.

Well guys, I did it, I went with the M80's. I now have the M80's, QS8's, VP150, and EP500 system. Cant wait till it gets here on Tuesday. I will post updated pics.

I was thinking about getting the EP600 but living in a townhouse I dont think I would be able to use its real power much.
