The new live KISS two-disc DVD set will be available in stores on December 16th through Image Entertainment. Shot in High Def, the DVD will feature the hottest songs from the Washington, DC and Virginia Beach, VA concerts, filmed during last year's 2004 Rock The Nation tour. The song list is vast and features a collection of KISS gems, many performed and recorded live for the first time in many years. The DVD will also include KISS Powervision interactive bonus features that include Select-A-KISS, allowing the viewer access to separate channels for each of the four band members. At any time the viewer can watch the main concert program or switch to different cameras focusing just on Paul, Gene, Tommy or Eric. The DVD will be loaded with additional behind-the-scenes, life on the road footage and interviews, giving the viewer a virtual all access pass to sound checks, the famed KISS dressing room and other rare glimpses into the world of KISS.

A reference disc for sure! I've always wanted DVD's of concerts that were multiangle. That way you could watch/study your favorite musician. For me it is usually the drummer. Carter Beuford, Neil Peart... amazing!

I'll be receiving a few copies of this dvd, so if you two are interested PM me your mailing address and I'll ship them to you. Depending on their schedules, I'll see about getting them signed for you as well.

Sutter,

You are so generous! Now I know why you won the Axiom system on the Spot It's all about the karma.

I'll send the PM, but I understand if I missed out. I just saw your post- maybe I was too slow. Anyway, the DVD is certainly worth buying. But a signed copy would be priceless. I would owe you, that's for sure. Maybe Gene can give you some cool ideas on the name? Let me know.

Ha ha, well I'd have to ask him about that, but he does have one hell of an imagination ( No pun attended) so I have no doubt that he could.

No man, you haven't missed the boat at all. I just have a lot of people who'd like a copy of this dvd, and well, I wanted to offer them to some of my friends and fellow Axiom family members first.

I'll contact ya once I get them. It's not due out till next month, but I should have them before it's release date. At least I usually do anyways.

I know you said "no pun intended", but that was very funny.

Thanks so much. Have a great week!

Ah very cool, thank man, much appreciated!

Providing time and schedules permit, these will defiantly get signed for you guys. If not, I'll hook you guys up with a signed cd at a later point in time. Either way, I'll hook you guys up.

I'm up early this morning, mainly because I can't sleep. So as any good man would do, I pull up the Axiom Message Board and start skimming through all the new posts. So here I am, Hello!

I thought I'd take some time this morning and share with you a little bit about the man who I've been blessed to know for many years, Gene Simmons.

I won't discus how our relationship began at this point in time, but more so share with you some things you may or may not know about the man.

Aside from being one of the founding members of KISS, Gene also has his own record company (SIMMONS RECORDS), and his own book company (SIMMONS BOOKS), but it doesn't stop there. Gene also owns SIMMONS AUDIO VISUAL, which released his SPEAKING IN TONGUES lecture, and he also published his own magazine GENE SIMMONS TONGUE.

Gene has two reality shows, the first, GENE SIMMONS ROCK SCHOOL, which can been seen on VH1, and his forthcoming GENE SIMMONS FAMILY JEWELS, which will be aired on A&E.

He is the creator and exec producer of the smash cartoon MY DAD THE ROCK STAR, seen on Nickelodeon. He created the show MR. ROMANCE on the Oxygen channel, and he co-created the forthcoming series HIT MEN which will be aired on ABC.

And if that wasn't enough, lol, Gene discovered Van Halen and produced their 15 song demo. He's managed the recording career of Liza Minnelli, among others. He produced New Line Pictures’ DETROIT ROCK CITY. He's starred in many motion pictures, AND he has written two New York Times Best Selling Books, KISS AND MAKEUP (Crown) and SEX, MONEY, KISS (Simmons Books/New Millenium). I've often asked him when's he have time to take a you know what, let alone sleep. lol

Now that I've shared with you SOME of his accomplishments, let me share with you a little bit about the Man.

Gene Simmons was born in Haifa, Israel in 1949 and is the only child of his mother, a German Nazi Concentration Camp survivor. He moved here to the states when he was 8 years old.

He grew up in New York, where he graduated State University (NYSU) and City University (CUNY) and got a Bachelor of Education degree. Later, and this still cracks me up, but I swear it's true, he taught sixth grade in Spanish Harlem in New York City.

When he couldn't take any more of that, he then became the Assistant to the Director of the Puerto Rican InterAgency Council, a government funded research and demonstration project. He also worked at Glamour and then at Vogue, as the assistant to the editor, Kate Lloyd.

Something Gene and I also have in common, other then music, is he can speak a few languages. Gene can speak English, Hungarian, Hebrew, German and is getting better at Japanese every day. At present, he is becoming fascinated by Mandarin Chinese and has every intention of becoming fluent in it. And believe me, make no mistake about it, he will. lol

Well guys, that doesn't even begin to touch the tip of the iceberg, but it's all I have time to share right now (my coffee's getting cold).

So, I leave you with these words:

Be true, be real, be honest with oneself. Follow your dreams, lead with your heart, and never give up when the chips are down.

Talk with you soon.

Before I forget, thought you guys might like to know; Paul Stanley married longtime girlfriend Erin Sutton, Saturday, November 19th. The ceremony took place at The Ritz-Carlton, Huntington in Pasadena. If you'd like to wish Paul and Erin all the best, you can do so at KISSONLINE. I assure you, he'll see it.

I know a thing or two about her
I know she'll only make you cry
She'll let you walk the street beside her
But when she wants she'll pass you by

Everybody says she's lookin' good
And the lady knows it's understood
Strutter

She wears her satins like a lady
She gets her way just like a child
You take her home and she says "Maybe, baby"
She takes you down and drives you wild

Everybody says she's lookin' good
And the lady knows it's understood
Strutter

I know a thing or two about her
I know she'll only make you cry
She'll let you walk the street beside her
But when she wants, she'll pass you by

Everybody says she's lookin' good
And the lady knows it's understood
Strutter
Strutter
Strutter

Heeheehee
