Wow. Laid back, no freq's being pushed at you. Lots of headroom, low noise floor. No ear fatigue. The 'pod can barely push the 650's (300 Ohms) by itself but the Micro does it no sweat. The amp is the "new arrival" of the setup and being able to push the 650's as opposed to using a lower impedence (and inferior) pair of phones makes all the difference. Much better than my old first generation "Airhead" amp. I eBay'd that one because it didn't really do the trick and had low battery life. Alas, to be free to take my favorite 'phones where I will!
