Hey All,
I've got a chance to purchase some used Axioms alittle over a year old. They they are M60's the 150 and Q8's with stands. What's a good fair price on these? They look to be in good shape.

I would say they would have to be cheaper than the Factory Outlet new speakers Axiom sells at 10%, maybe 75% of that, not sure....keep in mind you don't get a warranty and great CS from Axiom if something is wrong.

So M60s:
new $450ea FO $405ea used around $300ea or less

VP150
new $385ea FO $346ea used around $260 or less

Qs8's
new $250ea FO $225ea used around $169 or less

Thanks seems pretty fair. As far as CS how much can go wrong with the speakers that has'nt happen already.

If they're not being shipped in the orig boxes, much can and will go wrong. I speak from experience, having sold my M60s on ebay for $600 only to have one get completely destroyed.

No shipping will be required. The owner does'nt have the boxes anymore. So I will be saving there, except my gas about 2 hour ride.

are you talking about the axiom speakers on ebay????
if not, there is 2 pretty good deals on 5.1 axiom systems on ebay.

Looks as if good ol' Jinx is bidding on some new toys.

Picking up the speakers directly is probably a good thing since bad things have happened to inadequately packed speakers via UPS or FedEx. It will also give you a chance to inspect the speakers before you actually take them home.

Yeah, I see Jinx on there all the time, hard to figure out that lad. Come to think of it, he has not been around these parts lately...
