I know that all companies are looking at their bottom line, X amount of dollars, but I'm not sure that is what Axiom is all about. I really beleive that customer service comes first for them. I work for a large retail chain, and money comes first for them, customer second, and they will do anything for extra cash. Axiom would not do that.
