Hello all.

I just bought the new HK DVD 47 due to its new features and HDMI for my new Sany PLV-Z4 projector. Nice DVD player..as always from HK.

A problem this way comes....there is an issue if you use HDMI for video and optical/coax for audio. The signal that is handed off for HDMI also receives a signal back from the projector I use. If my projector doesnt support DD/DTS then the DVD player will not output a DD/DTS signal to my receiver...now this is a strange bug. What projector does DD/DTS...hahaha.

Harman is aware of the problem and working on a firmware upgrade for the product.

Other then that.....another nice product from HK.
