Thought I'd jump on the grammar bashing bandwagon.

Thanks Ken. Even with that quick lesson I still don't or is that dont get it. And probably never will. I'm a lost cause...

Did they change the speakers in the "after" pictures? It doesn't really look like it, but clearly the Axiom logo is missing on the VP150. I suppose they just changed the grills as there would be no other reason why they would change out all the speakers (unless the HGTV crew are audio snobs!). It seems like the TV speaker cabinet has been changed to the same fabric as well. Of course, the color of the grills could simply be an illusion caused by the dim lighting in the room. However, that wouldn't explain why the Axiom logo is gone.

Yes, my thoughts are that it is not always necessary to put something in every single inch of open space.....

I agree, taking the curtains off the wall would be a start.

no I hate the "after" photo as well.

I'm pretty sure you could have a series where decorators come in look at at room, exclaim "that's hideous" and redo it. Then you bring in the next team who look at the redone room, exclaim "that's hideous" and redo it... etc. etc.

Given enough time you would get back to the original layout .

At least they didn't use that blind, glass eyed "lets stencil everything in sight" Debbie Travis.

My favorite feature is the jungle scene in the corner. What the heck is that all about? "Honey, where's Jr.?"

"Um... did you check the plant?"

"Ah, BAD PLANT! SPIT THAT OUT! No Mircle Gro for you!"

I'm just wondering why there's a sink less within a couple feet of a bed. Or why there's a bed in the entertainment room to begin with.

Exactly what kind of entertaining did these people have in mind??
