ever since sending the M60s up to the living room and moving the M22s from SB to the front last November, I've been jonesin' to get M80s and move the M22s back to SB.

today...mission accomplished! well, techincally tonight after I sneak them into the house. it's only 11 ft. from the front door to the downstairs...wait...she'll still be at work when I get home...no problem!

ordered these M80s from the factory outlet...I assume I'll not uncover any extremely disheartening flaw in the workmanship.

I can't wait to hear them in stereo and 7 channel stereo, not to mention for HT.

man, the list is growing...HT: M80s, VP150, QS8s, M22s, and EP500

living room stereo: M60s

a four day weekend to play around with the sound...somebody pinch me!

Happy Thanksgiving to all celebrating!

If I were truly plastered, could I do this?

I started with black and am kinda married to it now...unless I go through a really expensive divorce

would LOVE to go with VaSSallo in oak and color match the trim, doors, and wainscott of my HT room if the funds ever allow...that would be so sweet

Did you go with the Standard Black Oak, or the Ebony Vinyl?

Ah yes; reminds me of the day when I took my black oak M50s off the truck.

I actually WAS the one who took them off the truck too! It was late in the day and I was afraid the driver was a bit tired and I wasen't about to take any chances!!

.....I suspect he had a good 50lbs on me, as I think about it.

He mentioned going throught the factory outlet, thus I think only Black Oak is available through the FO.

the standard black oak...for my room it was the best color choice at the time...it cleans up very nicely...and makes a great toe breaker in the dark...

Congrats. A comprehensive comparison of the 80s and the 60s sure would be nice

If not at least let us know what ya think.

What are you doing, trying to get the man in trouble Rick?

Congrats on the new additions Tom!
