He was in a 60's group, and toured last year with a bunch of others in a tour called "HippieFest".

I'm finally getting around to assembling some photos from last year's concert season, and I didn't write down his name.

Anyone know him?

Hey Mark,Greetings!
The following link should help you, I'm thinging:

http://mountainlaurelcenter.net/news/2006/hippiefest-2006-star-07-31.php

Unfortunately, I am at work and would not be able to check everyname in the list on Google:( But I'm thinking you should get lucky by just reading through it. Hope it helps.

Cheers!

Hey DK!
Thanks for the link...I had done a Google search but didn't come up with that link in particular!

Unfortunately, it listed "Mitch Ryder, Rare Earth, Country Joe McDonald, Felix Cavaliere’s Rascals, The Lovin’ Spoonful, Mountain with Leslie West and Corky Laing, Badfinger with Joey Molland, Melanie, Canned Heat and Denny Laine, with master of ceremonies Wavy Gravy" and I can account for all of them (as NOT relating to this guy)!

Thanks for the link, though...I'm probably just going to keep it "untitled"!

Oh! I just noticed the pic in my sig is missing! Looks like the pink elephant was stolen but I am able to view it from the link!!!

P.S: I do love music from that era and have listened to some, would really love to see a list of all your fave artists/bands from that era and see if I can discover new goodies!

Cheers!

Wayne wins!

I even googled his name with the event center and came across the old page that DID list him as performing that night!

Do you mind me asking how you knew? Did you just recognize him?

OMG!!!! That looks like some serious meth abuse...with the aged skin and missing teeth. From looking at that photo, I can't even believe I once thought he was hot. He doesn't hardly resemble himself anymore!

I don't know his name, but I believe he tours with Willie Nelson and plays the part of the front row at Willie's concerts. He took the job to earn some extra cash about three years after he died.

If that IS Eddie Van Halen, cancer certainly took it's toll. I don't know what his current prognosis is, though....

Hiya Mark, I think I found the same page you did and I noticed you hadn't included his name, from then on Google did the rest of the work.
