EP125 stays in standby mode

Hi all;
In the lat week, nmy month old EP125 sub hs stayed in standby (red light) mode, and will not turn on (green light), without powering off and then on. Any suggestions what I'm doing wrong?

What sort of setting is the subwoofer set to in the speaker settings in the receiver? If it is low, try increasing the setting in the receiver to supply enough signal to the sub to keep it awake.
If you have not used a Level meter and a calibration disk to set up the system, it may be time to do so.

Matt, welcome. Yes, it may be that you have the sub output level on your receiver set too low to keep the sub amp "awake". Set the receiver sub trim higher and to compensate for this set the level control on the sub itself lower. If it worked well before, however, it's possible that the sub amp has a defect which has now appeared; if so, you should contact Axiom directly.
