Who here thinks Axiom should offer clear grills for their speakers? They would be for the paranoid audiophile, who may fear that a grill colors the sound.

I remember whin I first got into audio in the late '70's-early '80's the hot thing, at least it seemed, was wire mesh grills and chrome dust caps and tweeter domes. You could look through the grill and see the greatness behind it. As a teen, I thought that was as good as sex. I never got either as it turned out.  bring back the '80's!  I here by suggest the Axiom Disco series- chrome dust caps and tweets, screen door grills in designer colors, and an extra cost option of monkey fur cabinet finish.

I certainly wouldn't mind if they went to a magnetic type grill for all their speakers. I like to keep my grills off but on the QS8's it leaves these huge knobs sticking out. Very ugly. I'm not too concerned though because even if they did go to magnetic grills, it wouldn't fix my issue.
