Ha ha, hmmm.... Actually, I was at someone else's birthday party yesterday. Yes, his birthday is the 31st of December, and mine is January 1st, which I guess makes me the alpha male and him the omega man. It was pretty sad. I wasn't feeling too social, so as soon as I got there, I stood in the same spot until I was leaving. A little while before I was going to leave, one of the women poked me in the chest--a long, sustained, 3-second poke--and said, "You're in the same spot." "Yes," I agreed. "This is where my chi flow is at its best." That got me off the hook, thankfully. Maybe I'll be more social now that it's a new year.
Thanks again, everyone, for the birthday wishes. I'm actually 30 now. I never thought I'd make it to this point, and honestly, the childhood CV didn't make it. Ha ha. Poor sucker.
