Just wondering what the stain is that you used? It looks like the color my wife wants for the kitchen cabinets.

is your front wall black or the same colour as the other walls? VERY nice room, i dig it!

thanks guys. just watched another movie tonight. man, i forgot how much i loved movies!!

the front wall and ceiling are Behr Mickey Mouse Ears Flat Black. the paint is amazingly non reflective. it marks up fairly easy, but unless you shine a spot light (or camera flash) on the walls you dont even see it.

the side and rear walls are Behr Vin Rouge (wine red) in eggshell. a bit more durable, but still difficult to clean. both paints required 3 coats and still need some touch up.

the wood work in the HT is maple wood with a mahagony stain. it has a bit of red in it, but is fairly dark. it really gives off a high end look and feel, without the high end cost.

Very nice setup! I know what your talking about with the flat black. My front wall is in Leather Jacket black and because of the nature of flat paint, it does mark up easy so I keep the kids away.

i know a lot you are running the Belkin PureAV PF60 power counsel because i found it while surfing around this board :).
i wonder how do you have it set up? right now i have my banks all switched ON with no Delay.

i dont really see the point to having to switch them on at the Belkin or have a delay. how are you using yours?
