Yes, I checked after I hooked it up and it was reading 120 volts. The plug that I was having problems with also read that. But, yesterday the tv wasn't flickering. I'll just have to wait until it acts up again (which I hope it doesn't) to check.

That's what I meant, kinda hard to find the problem when the problem isn't occurring.

Intermittent issues like that drive me crazy as a mechanic.
