Sushi's getting VERY close to 1000 posts!
What makes that even more incredible is that the majority of his posts are thoughtful, intelligent, meaningful posts! Unlike the crap Peter and I post all day!

Well, I usually try to keep it contained to threads that could be considered off-topic to begin with... although I'm sure it wouldn't be too hard to find plenty of examples to the contrary.

So, did you get an invitation to the champagne toast at HQ on December 17th, to celebrate HHMI's 50th anniversary?
I told my boss I'd go if I could bring my wife and child and expense the ticket.
