just wondering if anyone has heard the jack johnson "sleep through the static" album on their axioms....
If so, how is the recording quality?

Yah, on the amazon previews it sounds VERY slow...
There were a few songs that had a lot of the string popping and screeching that is on the rest of jack johnson's albums...
Those sounds are louder than the actual guitar/singing on my m80's with his previous albums. The cuirous George album is an exception tho- thought it sounded pretty good

I'm a pretty big Jack fan, and my wife is absolutely insanely obsessed with Jack. I think the album is "OK", but none of the songs really stood out for me. My wife, on the other hand, loves it. It is a *very* mellow album. The recording quality is about on par with the other albums, though I'll confess that I haven't sat there and listened intently (because none of the songs have really hooked me).
