Hi there, I was going to ask you fine folks before calling axiom. I just received an EP350 V3 earlier this week. It's a great sub, but I noticed just yesterday that it just all of a sudden stopped working. I went to go check it out. There's still a light on in the back of the amp, so I know there is power going to it. I first thought maybe it's my receiver or rca cord, so I plugged in my old sub, but that sub was working.

So I hooked up my old sub to the "line out" of the ep350 to daisy chain it. Old sub is working, but new one still isn't. I tried turning up the volume on the sub, but no luck there also.

Is there anything you guys can think of that I should do before calling Axiom? Any help is appreciated!

Even if the light is green, it's still worth checking through the fuses, as my EP600 had a green light, and it ended up being a fuse.

The color of light is green. I switched the fuses around at the electrical inlet, but can't get anything. Is there another fuse somewhere I ought to check, or is that the only one? Thank you guys for your help. I appreciate it!

Update: I ended up taking off the amp to see if any of the wires were disconnected, I found my red wire was. The spade it was connected on somehow broke. I'm thinking it was due to shipping and vibration that caused that. So I'm going to go to the hardware store after work to get a new spade connector, attach it and see if that will do the trick.
