Yay for automated hold messages/music
"We are currently on the other line providing excellent customer service to other customers"
and
"We appreciate your business and value the opportunity to serve you"
Well, if you value the opportunity to serve me so much, then why are you telling me how great of a time your customer service rep is having with another customer while I sit and listen to this horrid music!?!?
