I can confirm the switch of input/output works. I'm doing it now on my EP-600 as the input plug is very loose and sometimes loses connection when the 600 starts shaking the floorboards.

Axiom offered to send me a new amp in the past, but since the switch works so easily I haven't bothered taking them up on it.
