Me too. I like video games that are so scary my wife has to leave the room instead of sitting around making me feel guilty about using the TV when she wants to watch PVRed Oprah.

Late Sunday I stopped playing Dead Space. I just discovered a monster truck in the cargo hold of the ship and am able to crush all the scary aliens beneath my super huge tires. . . .

Sorry, guys, it's an old joke that, apparently, I'm not tired of yet.

I'll definitely let you know my further impressions of the game as I progress!

I am going to give the Call of Duty 5: World at War a spin tonight. I downloaded the demo last night, which seems like a full multiplayer game, so it should be interesting. WWII (again) with usable vehicles could be interesting....

I played the COD5 beta a bit on the 360... very fun game. At first it seems like the same as COD4, but after you play it a bit it has a different feel to it. Very good IMO, and I will def. be buying it.

I played the EndWar Demo last night. Pretty cool. I was ablt to sit on my couch and just bark orders at the screen and pretty much just press one button on the controller. It really made controling multiple units on the battlefield easier than manually moving them around. It was also very helpfull for calling in support like airstrikes and deploying new units. My wife found it weird however that i was yelling at the tv.

The night before I played alone in the dark. Creepy game. The guy I shot just kept getting up. What the hell?

Well, I ended up not playing COD5 since one of the guys that I play games with hadn't downloaded it yet.

So we ended up playing iSketch at http://www.isketch.net

It is basically a free online Pictionary type game. It was kind of fun to see out sad drawing skills become even worse using a mouse, but it allowed us to all play across the internet. It was somewhat addicting after a while...

Just picked up Gear of War 2 before work with a buddy. we played a few minutes of Horde mode before I had to come downtown. All around the game is just a little better "feeling" than the last one. Everything is a little tighter.

Also the ability to pick up downed enemies and take cover behind them as you walk the battlefield isn't a bad touch either...
