Is there any plans on developing and releasing a lower price amp that us poor people can afford from Axiom any time soon?

Possibly a two channel amp to drive my M60's?? That would be nice.

The price on the A1400-8 is just too high for me.

I would love a 2 channel version of that amp for my M80's!

An A1400-2 was (somewhat) announced, but I wouldn't count on it being significantly cheaper. We can dream, though...

700 watts per speaker? You won't have to tell us your impressions, we will all be able to hear you just fine.

Hi CooLJ92,

Yes, there are plans. Give us two or three months. And it will cost signifcantly less.

Regards,

Alan

Awesome. That sure will help the 10x / week question "what amp do I buy to power my M80s?" \:\)

I've heard Emotiva works really well, after that Yamaha or Onkyo are your sure-fire best bets. Make sure though that you turn your voltage switch to the highest impedance possible. No lower than 16 or 32 ohms if at all possible to avoid destroying both the receiver and M80s in a puff of smoke.
