That's just the bacon we export... I don't think anyone here eats back bacon.

Do you also keep all the good beer for yourselves, too?

Now that sounds tasty. I used order a side of bacon or ham to go with my pancakes. My son now loves backbacon with maple syrop.

Lawyer:I am here to serve you with a sapina.
Homer: Well I'm not opening the door.
Lawyer: It comes with a side of bacon.
Homer: Is it crispy?
Lawyer: Yeeees.
Homer: But not too crispy?
Lawyer: Nooo.

Damn, now I'm craving bacon and maple syrop (or syrup, whatever it takes). Honestly, I have gotten my kids hooked on maple syrup. I slipped it in when they thought it was Aunt Jamima, and wow, that is good stuff. A far cry from the cane syrup they make here in Louisiana. That stuff is so thick and strong you can't taste what you are eating.

Wow, this must be my most useless post - and I have had some darn useless posts.

Try some Maple syrup in tea or coffee, it does change the flavour, but in a good way!

I ran across a recipe for a 16th or 17th century cocktail that involved rum and about 6 slices of bacon. Wish I could remember the details.
