I figured the M60 thread that was hijacked by Canadian and Southerner jokes was off track enough so I thought I'd throw this out here.

Because I enjoy making fun of everyone, including myself as required, I present to you photographic evidence of a drink I found in a pub called The Saint John Alehouse in the city of the same name.

I'm pretty sure this drink could only possibly exist up here in Canada. The Bacon & Maple Syrop Martini.

And not even everywhere in Canada!

Now if that doesn't make the list for breakfast of champions, nothing ever will.

That's pretty cool. Bacon just isn't in enough things.

And for desert, how about a bacon chocolate bar?

I've had one. My taste buds couldn't understand what was happening. Good, but weird.

Throw in a raw egg and you really do have a new take on an old favourite (breakfast): bacon eggs and [liquid] hash browns.

I can't think of anything that can be safely ingested that won't be enhanced by adding bacon.

Wait wait wait... you Canucks have weird bacon. That doesn't count.

Back bacon, eh?

Sometimes I put a little maple syrup in the pan when I am frying bacon. The maple syrup coats it nicely. It is excellent!
