I don't know if anyone has noticed but Logitech has just implemented a new policy with their Harmony remote customer support that after 60 days of purchasing a remote, phone support is no longer available. A rather poor move as far as I'm concerned seeing that it's a hefty price for their top-of-the-line models like my Harmony 1000.

I have always been extremely happy with their customer support, on par with Axiom in my books, but this just sucks, no other way to put it.


The only reasonable argument for owning a gun is to protect yourself from the police.
