Darn! Just started the process until I saw the screws... I need to go and get a jeweler's set as mine is gone... stangely after a few friends were in last year!

Make sure your screwdriver fits tightly, no slop.... Use a lot of pressure and SLOWLY bust it free. If you feel the driver rounding the screw, stop.

I normally don't worry too much about stripping screws / bolts as I'll just re-dirll and tap, but these little bastards are so small, I doubt I'd ever find a tap or drill to fix it. (and I have access to a machine shop).

Done! This was one of the most peculiar procedure and I have been working with computers for the past 27 years!
The "console" application is a bit better. I will re-install PVC and see it is workable now. Current re-scanning library with SqueezeCenter.
