Also just finished watching season 3.5 of Eureka. Not really sure about the whole .5 numbering convention especially since they aren’t to consistent with it. The series continues to move along in it’s own quirky way. This is another show based on character interaction and dialogue though it does have nice production values. Eureka has it’s ups and downs. When it is trying to be funny the show really works and doesn’t take itself to seriously. However, when they try to dial up the drama it just doesn’t work for me most of the time. Fortunately the 3rd season overall leans more to the funny side.

That sounds like a great show. I may have to look it up sometime.

I watched the Eureka pilot and enjoyed it well enough. I'm waiting until my wife has time to watch with me. I think she'd enjoy it, too.

Glad you enjoyed it. AFAIR the pilot had a few slow moments but worked well overall. I thought some of the scenes like the opening and looking for the lost boy were real gems.

Right now I'm watching my wife sleep. Since it's nearly 3AM, I think I will join her.

I'm at my parents' house outside Edmond, OK (near OKC) and my internal clock always goes haywire here.

Thanks to Mark I remembered to watch Marina and the Diamonds perform on The Late Late Show, her us television debut. Decent performance. I wouldn't say she's the strongest live performer, but I still enjoy watching her.

And since I just had to go see what you meant, I can now also add that she also had the same lipstick color as Grover.

Picture below is not The Late Show appearance but shows her same lipstick.

and Grover.....

Ha ha, yeah, the look isn't working for her particularly well, but I do like that she will be offering the UV lip paint as part of her official merchandise.
