And still it involved accidents during transport...

New driver on it's way with the okay to remove the bad one to insppect and/or just disconnect to still utilize the VP150 until the time I can replace it.. -Took all about 20 seconds to sort this out on the phone.. 5 seconds to understand the new driver is on it's way, and 15 seconds to explain what to do with the bad driver to be able to keep using the speaker..

Can you guys please advise me to speaker wire size that is adiquate or recomended? Both in wall and exterior applicattions.
And if connecters are usefull or recomended? -Thanks!

12-14 gauge wiring, I have recently started to prefer using 12 gauge for no particular reason than Axiom sells it for a respectable price and Monoprice.com sells it for cheap and it is good enough wire a little stiff compared to Axiom's ultra pliable wire. Using 12 gauge also eliminates any 'what if' scenarios. Many folks use banana plugs for the back of the receiver and others use them for the speaker connections or both, so really it comes down to personal preference. If you are looking to use the stock wall mount for a QS series you won't be able to use anything but bare wire, which is fine too as this is the simplest connection and cuts down on the number of connections between the amp and the speaker, less likely to incur connection related problems.
