Hi,
It looks like a real ground loop issue. There is one thing which I would like you to try if you can. Install a three to two electrical cheating plug on the power cord of your Axiom EP800. Please, keep me posted; jc@axiomaudio.com

Yup! I went there early October and left the Sub and picked it up a week later. Seems the (en?)coding was wrong. They fixed that up, and updated everything and I must say, even when I tested it at the plant I was not completely satisfied. Not because of the level of Bass - that was absolutely amazing! - but rather the low hum was still there when the sub there was no feed to the sub. But I said what the hell, I can live with that - the bass that was coming from the sub was just too damn good to leave it there! =)
When I got home I connected it and "BONUS" NO HUM!! JUST SWEET SWEET SWEET BASS!
Just want to say that I'm an axiom lifer! there is no need to look anywhere else! These guys are great! I was only able to show up on the weekend late at night... and it didn't matter, Peter left what he was doing and welcomed me with a genuine smile on his face. Where are you EVER going to find that? I highly doubt you ever can!
Thanks to the axiom family for EVERYTHING... I'm actually kinda glad there was a problem with the sub, because I now know what a great group of people I'm dealing with!
No... they did not pay me to write any of these comments! lol!
