Just found this on Amazon... Texas Flood Blu-Spec CD"Japanese Blu-Spec CD pressing of this classic album. The Blue Spec format takes Blu-ray disc technology to create CD's which are compatible with normal CD players but provides ultra high quality sound. Sony. 2009." Looks like the Japanese version of the Texas Flood SACD to me.

It's just a normal CD. Blu-Spec is a marketing gimmick. They just build the glass master with Blu-ray mastering gear, there's no additional fidelity gained by the process.
