http://futurestates.tv/episodes/playThis movie is a little mind-bending. Here's a synopsis: Play imagines a not-too-distant future where video games have become indistinguishable from reality. These fully immersive games are nested inside each other like Russian dolls — each new game emerging from another and connecting backwards with increasing complexity. One moment, a player is a Japanese schoolgirl embroiled in a pillow fight with her girlfriends — and the next moment, the player has suddenly morphed into a scandalized state senator defending himself against a throng of angry reporters.

That sounds quite a bit like Quantum Leap. Man, I really enjoyed that one.

I foresee a future where a company will get paid big bucks to keep you living in a virtual world of your choosing for as long as you want. A lifetime even? Immoral or is perception a reality?
With great power comes Awesome irresponsibility.

The movie reminded me of one of the story arcs from the Caprica series.
