(Making room for the soon to arrive Odyssey Stratos) Since that left me with only 5 channels for the time being, I figured I'd take the M2i's down. I was never impressed with 7.1 anyways. I've put the M2i's in my computer room. I'm loving it! I'm so glad I made the switch. I'm getting MUCH more enjoyment out of the M2i's in my little computer room (playing games and mp3's) than I EVER did using them in a 7.1 configuration. I don't think I'll be putting them back in the livingroom even when the Odyssey arrives. I'm sticking to 5.1, and keeping those M2i's in my computer room. ...the M2i's are GREAT. I sit only about 3' away from them, and they're perfect! btw - I've got my computer hooked up to the aux input of a Sony STR-DE545 receiver, the M2i's run through that. I got the Sony for $30 bucks.
