Sure, the essential services are still running... police, ambulance, Timmies, firefighters...
It was really creepy driving past a Tim Hortons on Christmas Day and finding it closed... it was like one of those End of the World scenarios. I wanted to go back and grab a shotgun "just in case".

Remember the train derailment in Mississauga back in the 70's? that was surreal, the whole city shut down completely.
