here it is with back lights
I tried posting in my other thread directly but I can not figure this forum out for the life of me.

Jeez, I thought I was adding to my other thread. Oh well. Am I the only one who has trouble with the gallery forum? The pic is from a phone cam. Hence the poor quality. It really looks nice in person. The led lights are more subtle. I am looking for ideas of stuff to put on the wall around all this. Something different, yet cool.

That's pretty cool looking!
And no, no one else can use the gallery, either. I don't think you can add to threads after more than 30 minutes or something.

I think I might find those lights distracting. I would look to add some DD, DTS or AXIOM signs on the wall around the TV like this: http://cgi.ebay.com/DTS-HD-MASTER-AUDIO-...=item2a067e257b

The lights are not nearly as bright as the pic seems. Much more mellow. Not sure if I want shiny glossy signs around the tv but I appreciate the thought. The bezel is glossy enough.

They do have matte signs as well. I have one with the AXIOM logo on it.

I'm about redo the lighting in my media room. I'd like to do something like that, have them on a photocell & timer, and then have them turn off with the remote when I turned the system on

Put up a band of four overhead lights and install electrodes in your theater seating. If you have guests over, ask them how many lights they see and zap them until they're convinced they see five lights.

Have you seen Axiom's signs like these ones you linked? I have been looking for some like this or some with neon lights but have not found anything from Axiom brand.
