The A100 line is out (or at least the spec). The Audyssey XT32 really sounds interesting.

Good thing I procrastinated on the 4810! smile

I wonder what the price will be.

I saw the TT earlier. Eye candy for sure.

Denon continues to do little things like that. It's as if they read the descriptions of the esoteric stuff, and think they need to play along.

If any of their circuits are microphonic, they've got problems larger than what can be solved by a set of heavy feet.

I've been working on the design for my equipment rack.

So far the beta version (a standard plastic shelving unit from Home depot) has been doing fine. Cheap, well ventilated and after I moored it to the wall very stable. Do I really need to worry about vibration with what is essentially an all digital setup? I'm thinking not.

Shouldn't have to worry about vibration outside of spinning disks.

It comes down to this, if you bang on a piece of equipment and somehow the sound coming out of the speakers is affected, then someone did something wrong in building that device. And that's banging on it. Normal, real world vibrations will have even less effect (that's to say less than nothing).

With the Denon link cable and cast iron footing on the receiver, you will be well on your way to sonic bliss. smirk

I was so tempted to bring up the D-link cable again. But I figured that wound had been salted enough. Though, I'm glad you liked yours a bit more seasoned. smile

Don't forget to follow the arrow markings which indicate the direction of signal travel.
