My wife is Thai and I have been introduced to hot. But not hot in a stupid way. Hot with some really complex and intense flavors. When I figure what I am eating I will pass it along. ... with attached recipies of course!

Chipotles are smoked jalapeño peppers. I love the flavor. No wonder it was so spicy. I thought it was a different pepper since it didn't taste anything like a jalapeño.
