A friend of mine invited me to go with her to the Sasquatch music festival at the end of May. I'd be a fool not to go. Among others, I'd love to see Coeur de Pirate, Dum Dum Girls, Feist, and Explosions in the Sky. It would also be great to see Tenacious D and Metric again. I'm still not that familiar with his music, but I remember liking a live performance of Bon Iver I saw at one point, so I'll probably try to catch him, too. While I wasn't enthralled with the song of his I saw, it's cool that Donald Glover is going to be doing his thing as Childish Gambino (a name he got from a Wu-Tang Clan name generator). He's hilarious on Community, so I have to support the guy. Also, Nick Kroll is going to be there. Who doesn't need to see more of who my sister refers to as "the cup the balls guy" based on his role in Childrens Hospital. I'm excited.

Somewhere in all of this is a Chuck Norris joke just waiting to emerge.

SAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWEEEEEEEET! Congrats, David!

I unfortunately had to pass on tickets to see them in Toronto frown because my health has declined.

I REALLY want to see them, but, c'est la vie.

The Ting Tings were really great in concert. Lots of fun, cool lighting effects. The music lends itself to live performance, or they're just really good at tailoring it for a crowd. Impressed.

Awesome, Charles. I'm a bit disappointed in the new album, but I think they're a way cool band just the same.
