And for my 2nd qustion how loud can they play at maximum level? thanks!!

I've learned two things from reviews about Axiom speakers.

1) they are not as efficient as they say
2)they go lower than they say. I heard they go as low as 40, which is the lowest a bass guitar can go.

The M22s have good reproduction down to around 50Hz and still have useful output below that. We do however recommend a sub-woofer with them to supplement the lowest frequencies. The maximum output achievable will vary widely with the source material but unless you are using a huge amplifier with excellent dynamic headroom the amplifier will limit the maximum output.
