Sub's (EP 500) amber light stays on

Guys,
I had EP 500 for over five years now and ran into some issue here. The back light stays on amber and doesn't change. The sub doesn't seem to function with no bass at all. I tried changing the trim switch, but no luck.

The sub is connected to a Denon 4810 receiver.

Any suggestions

Disconnect everything from the sub, including the power cable. Let it sit for about 30 min, reconnect the power cable and the rest of the connections and see if that works. Also check all the fuses and I would give Axiom a call if this doesn't work.

Hi DPK,
Verify the setting on your trim control. The LED will glow Amber when it is on the "Load" or "Remote" position.

Thanks guys. Checked the fuses, disconnected all power for over 30 mins. still the same. Called into Axiom support who took my information, waiting for their response.
