I am a member of a lot of forums running UBB, and this is the only one with this issue unfortunately.

I know as soon as I post a link, the text box jumps to the top. Beyond that, I don't remember if it's happened or not, so I can't really comment. I'll pay close attention henceforth.
I'm using Firefox.

Also, the forum sucks on my Android phone, the top toolbar graphics slide way to the left side, while the threads stay to the right, almost like a 24" wide screen.
